Refund Policy

At PureHoney we want you to be happy with your order. If something is wrong, we will make it right.

When we accept returns

We accept refund requests in the following cases:

  • The product arrived damaged or broken
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is defective

When we do not accept returns

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns or refunds on opened products or orders where the customer has changed their mind.

How to request a refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us at hello@purehoney.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the issue.

We will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
